Attic Cleaning
Customer Issue: The customer’s attic was full and gathering dust, and she lacked the time and manpower to deal with it herself.
Our Solution: Clearing this attic was more time consuming but less difficult than many of our other customers’, since there were only a few heavy objects and a lot of small clutter. After dusting, scrubbing, and sweeping the attic, the contents were all returned and reorganized.
Commercial Rodent Proofing
Customer Issue: Wanted to keep rats and mice out of her shop.
Our Solution: Our team inspected the shop, the loading dock and the staff kitchen. We identified sensitive areas such as uncovered garbage cans and food storage spots. We sealed all possible entry points and replaced torn brush strips on several different doors. Traps were place to ensure any rodent sneaking in would be caught.
Attic Insulation Removal
Customer Issue: Ruined insulation.
Our Solution: When inspecting the attic we found signs of birds nesting in the batt insulation, as well as feathers on the floor. Wearing protective masks, we carefully removed the soiled material and placed it in trash bags that were later discarded accordingly, thus avoiding further contamination.
Attic Cleaning
Customer Issue: Very dirty attic.
Our Solution: When we inspected the attic we found racoon droppings but no serious damage to the insulation. Because of the potential health hazard, we followed health and safety standards, donned our safety cloths, goggles and masks, and cleaned and decontaminate the entire space.
